The course is a four hour guide on the key business and taxation issues that affect those coaching and administering a sports coaching programme/business, with particular emphasis on the following areas:

    ·         LEGAL STATUS – The course details the options available for the legal status of the coaching business (Sole Trader, Limited Company, etc) if run by a coach or coaching team and the implications for the client/club.

    ·         INSURANCE – The course details the insurance cover that both coach and client must and should have in place to meet health and safety requirements.

    ·         CHILD PROTECTION – The course details the requirements for both coach and client for Processing CRB and VBS checks correctly.
