Junior Satellite Series

 

Information

The Junior Satellite Series is aimed at Junior Players at BEGINNER level looking to seek some regulas competition and to put their skills against other beginner badminton players.

As the Junior Satellite Series is aimed at those beginner players every year players will be up-graded to the next higher age group or the Junior Shuttle Series. The up-grading list for the season 2010/11 can be viewed below.

 

Representives

Welsh Badminton are looking for reps to feed information to the Events Committee about the structure and format of the Junior Satellite Series Circuit.

Players/parents are asked to speak to those nominated reps below to discuss their views on how we can improve the future of junior badminton competitions in Wales.

Conditions and Tournament Information 2010/11

Just a reminder that High Performance Development Group (HPDG) players need to be aware of the following:-

  1. Under 11 and Under 13 HPDG can enter Satellite events however they must play up an age group.
  2. If any HPDG players win any event then they will not be entitled to compete in any further Satellite events.
  3. Under 15 and Under 17 HPDG players cannot compete in Satellite events.
