3  How did you get started in Badminton?
My friends asked me to go down to a local club where Dave Russell began coaching me
 
4  Interesting fact about yourself that not many people would know?
I can shake my eyes and virtually dislocate my elbows I can also play the classical guitar to grade 6
 
5  2-3 of your best achievements to date?
Reaching all 3 finals of the welsh senior nationals last year, Uber Cup selection and winning my singles Vs Italy!
 
6  Goals for this season?
Avoid illness and injury!!  

7  Sporting heroes?
 Chris Hoy, Kelly Holmes and all the Paralympians at this years Paralympics

Andy Stewart, Jason Wakefield, Neil Cottrill, James Vincent 

9  Long term Badminton Goals?
Qualification for 2014 commonwealth games, Uber Cup selection, top 50 singles doubles or mixed in Europe.... or all of them! National title!
 
10 How does it feel to be part of the HPC/Talent group?
 It's really great to be amongst talented players on a weekly basis and it is fantastic to work with the talented coaches up in the north
