Club Development Officers
The Club Development Officers are employed to work with specific clubs for 3-4 months with a view to achieving an increased
number of affiliated members, increased
number of registered Coaches and creating
a fully Accredited Club.
They will achieve this through developing a
strong school – junior – senior club link, encouraging volunteers to take one of the coach education opportunities, maximise
funding opportunities for clubs and individuals(Community Chest / Sportsmatch), and supporting the development of players through the implementation
of Welsh Badminton's Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) plan.
